Mr. Ebenbichler is a Hospitality Executive who has worked for a wide variety of properties from small 5 star Boutique Hotels to large Casinos and Convention Resorts with nearly 3,000 rooms. In his roll as Vice President, he has championed renovations and special projects to develop new Food and Beverage concepts worth millions of dollars. He has repositioned complete F&B portfolios to attract a greater diversity of customers, increased cover-counts and average checks, maximizing revenues and improving profitability.
His background throughout Europe, the United States, the Caribbean and South America exposed him to unique demographics, skill-levels and diversities uniquely preparing him for his responsibilities as a leader in the industry. Successful Concepts, achievements and fiscal results document his ability and serve as a clear validation of his principles and designs. These Concepts not only significantly impact Guest-satisfaction, but most importantly drive profit.
In 2011 Mr. Ebenbichler joined forces with Bill, Al and Sal to form Momentum Hospitality with the goal to identify, contract, design, open and operate Resort and Casino Restaurants under the most powerful Brands and celebrities available.
